The independent front locking
mechanism is automatically
engaged upon connection of the
attachment and automatically
disengaged when actuated to
disconnect the rear pin lock.
Rear pin lock engages as part of
the single action circuit, meaning
that the coupler does not need to
be engaged twice to lock both pins.
The Sure-Grip cylinder is
manufactured from a single
block; reducing the risk of
damage associated with exposed
return lines and external welds.

HYDRAULIC TILTING QUICK COUPLER
The Heli-Tilt coupler utilises the best in class Sure-Grip coupler base for fast and safe attachment coupling. Built for performance, the Heli-Tilt boasts excellent breakout force figures across the model range, reducing power losses thanks to its low pin to pin height and the Australian manufactured helical motor provides excellent torque to tilt any connected attachment.
The Heli-Tilt has a low profile
and is lighter than other tilting
couplers on the market. The
distance between the pivoting
pin and bucket pin has been
reduced to the lowest possible
height to maximise breakout
force, whilst maintaining strength.
The Heli-Tilt offers maximum
tilting precision. Tilting Capacity
ranges from 180° at the 2T-8T
size, 120° at the 12T size, and up
to 134° on the 16T-35T size.
The Heli-Tilts robust actuator is
manufactured from high-grade
certified materials and is
designed to withstand the
toughest working conditions at
any angle.
The Heli-Tilt is no wider than the
dipper arm, making it ideal for

The Ram-Tilt’s unique twin cylinder design draws from our extensive experience in cylinder tilting technology to achieve one of the lowest heights in the twin-cylinder quick hitch category.Built off of the best in class Sure-Grip™ coupler base for fast attachment coupling and safe continuous operation.
Cylinder tops are mounted to the
upper chassis using Poly Block
bushes instead of pins. Poly
Blocks are maintenance-free and
require no greasing.
The oversized single-acting rams
enable always on positive
pressure, preventing creeping or
chattering.
Large enclosed lifting eye located
at the ear with WLL design
certification.
The unique hydraulic cylinder
placement reduces potential
damage and narrows the width
of the coupler without sacrificing
tilt power.
GPS mounting plate located
inside of coupler body on tilt
base. Compatible with leading
aftermarket and OEM systems.
By using two smaller pivoting
pins instead of a central tube
contact points are increased to
six over 4. Extra space within the
coupler body is also available
to improve cylinder placement
and internal GPS mounting
plate.
All pins and bushes are easily
accessible for greasing and
